Return
ear-Z wants their customers to be satisfied and happy. Please let us know if there are any problems and we will do our best to remedy them. If you are not fully satisfied, please return your items in new condition (not worn, clean) within 14 days, along with your invoice and the reason for your return. We will promptly issue a credit or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Custom orders are not returnable.

Colours
Please note that although ear-z.com attempts to display the colours of the products shown on this Web Site as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour 100%, as the display of colour depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used by you.

Jewellery
ear-Z is a unique and exclusive label. ear-Z products are individually designed and artfully crafted. Therefore the volumes are limited. ear-Z cannot guarantee that the jewellery part on the pictures shown on this Web Site always matches the actual product. Depending on the jewellery suppliers it is possible that we have to choose a different model but in all cases it will be similar and of equivalent quality to the product.
